Cartagena Landscaping was founded by Eric Callejas and has been building outdoor spaces around Ottawa since 2015. We're based in Richmond, on the city's rural southwest edge, and work across Ottawa's suburbs and neighbouring communities from Stittsville to Rockland.
Our core work is interlock, fences, and decks, the three projects where Ottawa's freeze-thaw winters punish shortcuts the hardest. We excavate properly, compact our bases in lifts, and dig footings to frost depth, then finish the yard with artificial turf, sod, river rock, and fresh mulch so everything ties together.
